Public Profile Sharing

When you publish your profile and share your unique link, the following information becomes accessible to anyone with the link:

You can unpublish your profile at any time, making it inaccessible to anyone with your profile link. Your data remains in our system and can be republished later.

Right to Data Portability

You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our Support page. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt, and may extend this period by an additional 60 days if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

Data Deletion Request Process

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please:

  • Log into your account and navigate to your profile settings
  • Select 'Delete Account' option and confirm your decision
  • OR
  • Contact us through our Support page with subject 'Account Deletion Request' and include your registered email address

What Happens After Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored
  • All personal data (name, email, phone, date of birth, nationality, address) will be removed
  • Your profile, employment history, rental history, and references will be deleted
  • Any uploaded documents will be permanently deleted from our storage
  • Your profile link will become inaccessible and show a 404 error

Exceptions to Deletion

We may retain certain information for specific purposes:

  • Legal Requirements: We may retain data as required by law, such as for tax compliance or legal proceedings
  • Fraud Prevention: We may retain data necessary to prevent or detect fraud or misuse of our service
  • Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that no longer identifies you personally for analytics and business intelligence
  • Backup Data: Residual copies may remain in our backup systems for a limited period before being automatically deleted

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to access any features. Once deletion is complete, you will receive confirmation via email.

Published Profiles

If you have a published profile at time of deletion request, it will remain accessible until the deletion process is complete. If you need to unpublish your profile immediately, please do so from your dashboard before requesting deletion.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
