By accessing and using TenancyCV (the Service), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

TenancyCV provides a platform for users to create, manage, and share tenancy CV profiles with potential landlords and property managers.

• Create and edit tenancy CV profiles
• Share profiles via unique public links
• Manage personal information, employment history, rental history, and references

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• All purchases of time-limited access passes are one-time payments with no recurring subscriptions
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
• We do not store your credit card information; all payment details are handled by Stripe
• By purchasing a pass, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include all applicable taxes
• Your access pass begins immediately upon successful payment and expires after the specified duration
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases without notice to existing users

All purchases of time-limited access passes (30-Day Speed Pass, 90-Day Power Pass) are final and non-refundable. Since our service provides immediate access to all features upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you understand the features and limitations of each pass before purchasing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

You agree to use TenancyCV responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you must not:

• Create profiles with false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use profiles to impersonate another person or entity
• Share profiles with landlords in a deceptive or fraudulent manner
• Upload documents that are not yours or that you do not have permission to share
• Use the service to harass, discriminate, or engage in any form of harmful behavior
• Attempt to manipulate or bypass profile viewing analytics
• Share your unique profile link in spam or unsolicited communications
• Use the service for any purpose other than finding legitimate rental housing
• Violate any applicable rental laws or fair housing regulations in your jurisdiction

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
